My primary focus is on leading the client, with strength and compassion, through a very difficult time in order to limit the stress and anxiety on the person, the children, if any, as well as the client's pocketbook. I know that no one 'wins' in a divorce or custody situation, and a costly, nasty court battle can make sure Mom, Dad, and the kids all lose.
My goals are to educate the client about complicated family law and court procedures, control legal costs, charge reasonable fees, and treat everyone involved with dignity and courtesy.
